I was on the internet looking for a coat rack and could not believe the amount of style and variety there were to choose from. I found so many kids coat racks it was unbelievable. The best thing about a coat rack is you can go with a wall mounted coat rack or perhaps a free standing coat rack for your hallway or foyer. What I love about them is you are not limited to one color or metal or wood finish. If I want maple or cherry wood coat racks then I have no problem finding them. Stainless steel seems to be really popular, maybe because everyone is decorating their kitchen appliances and accent in stainless.
Many of the wall mounted coat racks I find more like sconces that hang purely for decoration but have coat hooks for jackets and such. I love a coat rack that does not really look like its supposed to be solely used for coats. Its more of a house warming nuance on the wall that makes your home look that much better. For me the best part about a coat rack is that I dont necessarily have to hang anything on it but if guests come over and I need to use it then its there.
